  Outlook Calendar and Scheduling Skills

This workshop is aimed at faculty or staff who want to improve their time management skills using the MS Outlook calendar, scheduling and tasks features.  Topics will include calendar setup; navigating the Outlook calendar; displaying multiple calendars; setting up appointments; recurring appointments; scheduling meetings; creating all-day and multi-day events; attaching items and files to events; using the taskpad from within the Outlook calendar, calendar color coding and categorization, and others.
