• Giving timely student feedback
• Managing discussion boards
• Using the Blackboard performance dashboard to increase retention
• Giving encouragement to students
• Developing interesting and enjoyable learning activities

 Prerequisite:  Blackboard Essentials or familiarity with Blackboard and web browsing.
