This workshop is composed of three parts: 

1. how best to present documents within Blackboard, comparing Blackboard inline documents, html documents, Word documents, and Adobe PDF documents;

2. how to package/upload/unpackage Microsoft PowerPoint presentations in Blackboard;

3. how to create PURLs (persistent URLs to research database articles) in Blackboard. 

This is a hands-on workshop where you will be led through all of these activities and be given rationales for the best-practices recommendations.

Prerequisite: Familiarity with Blackboard and Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and web browser skills.
