| Oregon All-American to
coach runners Milena Glusac, a seven-time NCAA
Division I All-American at the University of
Oregon in track and cross country, has been
selected as Palomar College's women's cross
country coach.
Glusac, a
Fallbrook High School graduate who won two
California State High School cross country
championships and three California State High
School track titles, recently competed in the
2000 U.S. Olympic Track & Field Trials in the
5000-meter run. She also competed in the 1996
U.S. Olympic Trials in the 5000.
Glusac received a
Masters degree in Psychology from Oregon after
graduating from Oregon with a dual Bachelors
degrees in Psychology and Spanish. While running
for the Ducks, she was a three-time Academic
All-Pac 10 selection.
She helped Team
Adidas win the 2000 USA Track & Field
National Cross Country team championship.
