2008 SEASON: All-Southern Conference honorable mention. ... Started at defensive end. ... Recorded 43 tackles (28 solo), two sacks, three tackles for losses and four quarterback hurries. ... Had three tackles (two solo) in season-opening 21-19 win over Southwestern on Sept. 6. ...  Came back with three tackles, all of them solo,  in 16-0 win over Victor Valley on Sept.13. ...  Had two tackles and a quarterback hurry in a 37-17 rout of San Diego Mesa on Sept. 20. ... Had six tackles (four solo), a sack and a tackle for a loss on Sept. 27 as the Comets defeated College of the Desert 47-41 in four overtimes, handing the Roadrunners their first regular-season loss since 2006. ... Had four tackles (two solo) and a quarterback hurry against Grossmont on Oct. 4. ... Had six tackles (two solo) and a half-tackle for a loss vs. Saddleback on Oct. 11. ... HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: All-CIF-Southern Section, All-Southwestern League and All-Valley playing three varsity seasons for coach Tommy Leach at Chaparral High.  ...Hade 56 tackles (48 solo), five sacks and two fumble recoveries as a senior for the Pumas during the 2006 season.
