2005 SEASON: Started for the Comets and was fifth on the team with 40 tackles in 10 games. ... Had 2 solo tackles, 2 sacks and 2 tackles for losses in 37-34 season-opening victory at West Los Angeles on Sept. 3. ... Contributed 2 tackles (1 solo), a quarterback heat and a tackle for a loss in a 38-12 win over Los Angeles Harbor on Sept. 17. ... Had an assisted tackle, a quarterback heat and a tackle for a loss as Palomar defeated Orange Coast 40-32 on Sept. 17. ... Had 4 tackles (3 solo), a quarterback heat and a tackle for a loss vs. Santa Ana on Sept. 24. ... Had 5 tackles (3 solo), a quarterback heat, a sack and 2 tackles for loss against El Camino on Oct. 1 as the Comets gave the Warriors, ranked No. 4 nationally at the time (and now No. 5) a serious scare before finally losing 31-20. ... Contributed 2 solo tackles against Riverside Community College on Oct. 15. ... Recorded 6 solo tackles, a quarterback heat and 2 tackles for losses on Oct. 22 as Palomar led nationally No. 4-ranked Fullerton in the fourth quarter in a game the Comets eventually lost 23-14. ... Had 2 tackles, both for losses, and a quarterback hurry in a 36-7 victory over Pasadena City College on Oct. 29. ... Recorded 6 tackles (5 solo), a sack and a tackle for a loss against Mt. SAC on Nov. 5. ... Had 3 solo tackles, a quarterback hurry, a sack, a tackle for a loss and a broken-up pass vs. Long Beach City College on Nov. 12.
2004 SEASON: Played for the Comets as a true freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Dennis Houlihan at Fallbrook High, making first-team all-Avocado League and All-CIF San Diego Section. Was Defensive Player of the Year in the Avocado League and team captain, helping lead the Warriors to the CIF-San Diego Section Division I championship game. ... Played in the Alesx Spanos All-Star Classic. ... Also wrestled and placed seventh in the CIF-San Diego Section in the heavyweight class.
