2001 SEASON: Performed effectively for the Comets out of the bullpen during his freshman season. ... Sintentos finished 2-0 with a 1.64 ERA for 11 innings. ... He came on in the ninth inning to beat Los Angeles Pierce, 6-5, on Feb. 4 and also picked up the victory in the Comets' 5-3 win over Irvine Valley on Feb. 16.
