5-0 for Palomar during his freshman season,
striking out 20 batters in 32 innings. He
defeated Imperial Valley on March 22, Imperial
Valley again on April 15, Moorpark on April 19,
Imperial Valley for a third time on April 2 and
San Diego Mesa on April 29.
2001
SEASON: Had
6-4 record and a 2.05 ERA for the Comets which
ranked him fourth in the Pacific Coast
Conference. ... Had a 5-2 win-loss record and a
1.73 ERA for conference games. ... That ranked
him second in the conference trailing only
Grossmont's Jared Hemus (1.36). ... Selected to
the All-Pacific Coast Conference first team by
conference coaches. ... Struck out 60 and walked
22 for the overall season. ... Human threw five
complete games, including two shutouts (4-0 on a
four-hitter against Imperial Valley on Feb. 16
and 6-0 vs. Grossmont on March 3). ... His other
victories have come over San Diego Mesa (a
five-hit complete game on March 20) and Grossmont
(a 4-1 complete-game on March 27 when the
Griffins' lone run was unearned). ... Considered
a Division I prospect who was looked at seriously
