Went 2-for-4, homered and drove in three runs as the first-place Comets, ranked No. 3 in Southern California, downed No. 4 Grossmont 10-7 on the road on March 28 to open a two-game lead on the Griffins in the conference race. ... Was 2-for-4 with an RBI and three runs scored  on April 14 as the Comets downed host San Diego City College 17-5 to stretch their lead over second-place Grossmont in the Pacific Coast Conference race to three games with seven to play. ... Went 2-for-4 with two RBIs in a 7-6 win at San Diego Mesa on April 18. ... Was 2-for-5, doubled and scored two runs at Southwestern on April 23. ... Went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI on April 25 as the Comets, ranked No. 1 in Southern California, clinched the Pacific Coast Conference title outright, beating Southwestern 4-2 at Myers Field. ... Went 2-for-4, homered and drove in three runs vs. Grossmont on April 28.  ... Doubled to drive in a run and walked twice, one intentionally, as the Comets downed Citrus 10-2 to begin a best-of-3 series to begin the Southern California Regional playoffs on May 8. ... Came back the following day to double in two runs as Palomar won again 5-2 to sweep the series. ... Went 2-for-4 in a 5-0 victory over Mt. SAC on May 15 to begin the Palomar Super Regional. ... Hit a monster home run that cleared the tennis courts beyond the right field fence at Myers Field on May 16, which helped the Comets defeat Long Beach City College 7-3 to advance to the Super Regional championship game.
