Comets opened up a two-game lead over the Griffins in

lead off the fifth inning and scored what turned out to
be the winning run. ... Drove in the winning run on a
fielder's choice in the sixth inning as the Southern
California No. 1-ranked Comets downed Southwestern 4-2
on April 25 at Myers Field to clinch the undisputed PCC
championship. ... Went 2-for-4 as the Comets downed
Citrus 10-2 on May 8 to begin a sweep of the teams'
best-of-3 first-round Southern California Regional
sweep.... Doubled and scored in a run in a 5-0 win over
Mt. SAC on May 15 to begin the Palomar Super Regional.
... Went 2-for-4 and drove in a run on May 16 in a 7-3
victory over Long Beach City College. ... Delivered a
two-run single to help spark the Comets' five-run

selection and first-team All Riverside County under
coach Don Krueger at Temescal Canyon his sophomore,
junior and senior seasons (2004-05-06). ... Was first
team All-Valley in 2004, selected by The Californian
newspaper. ... Was a second-team All-CIF-Southern
Section selection in 2004 and 2005 and an All-CIF
honorable mention pick in 2006. ... Hit .379 for the
Titans as a junior and .416 with 25 RBIs as a senior.

his senior season for current Palomar assistant coach
