2009 SEASON: Returned on April 9 after missing more than three weeks with an ankle injury. ... Hit.290 through the regular season (while hitting .275 in Pacific Coast Conference games). ... Batted ..333 in four games in the post-season and 292 overall. ... 37 games and started 13. ... Hads four doubles, three home runs, 16 RBIs and a .472 slugging percentage. ... His three HRs all were monstrous, coming in an 11-2 win at Bakersfield on Jan. 30, a 22-2 victory at Rio Hondo on Feb.14 and a 3-1 win at College of the Desert on Feb. 17. ... 2008 SEASON: Tied for the team leader with five home runs appearing in 36 games as a left fielder, pinch-hitter and designated hitter. ... Drove in 18 runs. ... Had three homers and 11 RBIs in Pacific Coast Conference games. ... Slugged his first home run against Mt. San Jacinto on March 18. ... Went 2-for-3 vs. the Eagles on March 19. ... Homered his second HR in a 10-4 win over San Joaquin Delta on March 20. ... Went 2-for-4, homered and drove in four runs in a 14-2 win over Imperial Valley on April 5. ... Slugged a two-run home run high over the rightfield fence in the fourth inning on April 10 as the Comets came from behind to beat San Diego City College 10-9. Also got down a sacrifice bunt in the third inning and was hit by a pitch in the bottom of the ninth and scored the winning run on Jake Onorato's two-run double. ... Went 2-for-3 vs. san Diego Mesa on April 15. ... Went 2-for-4 and scored a run as the Comets' 3-1 victory over Pacific Coast Conference champion Southwestern on April 24. ... Hit a monster home run over the rightfield fence in a 13-2 win over Imperial Valley on April 29. ... Doubled to drive in two runs in the seventh inning on May 1 as he gave the Comets, who led 2-1, some breathing room in a 4-1 victory over the Arabs. ... Went 3-for-4, doubled, walked and drove in three runs in a 6-5, 10-inning Southern California Community College Regional loss at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo on May 10, which ended the Comets' season.
