2009 SEASON: Was 1-1 with an ERA of 0.90 for 10. ... Appeared in eight games , all in relief, while missing a good chuck of the season with an injury ... Struck out seven batters and walked two. ... Pitched two innings of shutout relief, allowing one hit, in an 11-2 win at Bakersfield on Jan. 30. ... Pitched 2.1 innings of scoreless, shutout relief in a 2-0 victory over Saddleback on Feb. 3. ... Pitched a scoreless relief inning as the Comets downed Mt. San Jacinto on the road on Feb. 19.... Struck out the only two batters he faced in a 12-3 win over  Imperial Valley on March 7. ...
