Came in with one out in the ninth and induced a double-play ball to end the game on April 8, notching his eighth save, as the Southern California No. 2-ranked Comets downed No. 1 Orange Coast 2-0. ... Tied Jerry Stafford's (San Diego State, Florida Marlins organization) 19-year-old school single-season record when he recorded his ninth save in a 7-6 win at San Diego Mesa. Retired the Olympians without a hit in the bottom of the ninth. ... Notched his 10th save to set a new Palomar record on April 25 as the Southern California No. 1-ranked Comets beat visiting Southwestern 4-2 to clinch an outright conference championship. ... Came in to close a 5-2 victory over Citrus on May 8, as the Comets swept the teams' first-round Southern California Regional series two games to zero. Came in during the ninth inning and recorded the game's final three outs. ...Pitched an inning of no-hit, shutout ball to close out a 7-3 win over Long Beach City College in the Palomar Super Regional on May 16.

2007 SEASON: Appeared in four games for the Comets in relief and finished with a 1-0 win-loss record. ... Gave up one run in two innings Feb. 23 in a 7-2 victory over Ventura. ... Was the winning pitcher in relief Feb.10 in a 15-13 victory at Citrus.

HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL: Played for former Comet Bob Parry at Poway High School, which won the 2006 CIF-San Diego Section Division I championship.
