after joining the Comets just before the season and then

.356 for the regular season and is hit .373 on the year,
29th best in Palomar history. ... Batted .450 and was
4-for-4 in stolen bases in six post-season games, both

Was Pacific Coast Conference Men's Athlete of the Week

All-Palomar League and All-CIF San Diego Section teams.
... Hit .427 his senior season in 2008, led the Palomar
League in stolen bases was the Sundevils' Offensive
Offensive Player of the Year in 2007 and Player of the
Year in 2008 and was a nominee for his school's Athlete
of the Year award. ... Played in the Northern California
vs. Southern California All-Star game after his senior
season and also was invited to and participated in the
Lasorda Elite Games.
