2008 SEASON: Was 4-3 with a 3.91 ERA and 44 strikeouts (compared to only eight walks) in 48 1/3 innings. ... Was both a starter and reliever. ... Was 4-1 with an ERA of 2.48 in Pacific Coast Conference games, striking out 26 and walking one in 29 innings. ... Gave up one earned run in 3 1/3 relief innings, striking out five, against Cerritos on Jan. 31. ... Allowed one earned run in 1 2/3  relief innings vs. Fullerton on Feb. 7. ...
