2007 SEASON: Appeared in 12 games, pitching 13 1/3 innings, in relief for the Comets. ... Pitched two scoreless innings against Cerritos on Feb. 2. ... Threw 1 2/3 one-hit, scoreless innings vs. Orange Coast on Feb. 22. ... Pitched two scoreless innings against Grossmont on March 2.  ... Pitched a 1-2-3 relief inning, striking out two, in a 14-2 win at Imperial Valley on March 20. ... Threw 1/3 inning of scoreless relief vs. San Diego Mesa on March 24. ... Pitched a scoreless inning in relief vs. Grossmont on April 17. ... Struck out the only batter he faced to close out the game in an 11-3 win at Imperial Valley on April 21. ... Pitched 2/3 of an inning of no-hit, shutout ball in a 16-0 rout of the Arabs on April 24.

HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL: Compiled a 1.86 ERA on the mound and batted .430 as a senior in 2003 at Orange Glen under one-time Comet Ken Putnam. ... Was team MVP and also won the Patriot Award, which is given to athletes for their accomplishments both on and off the field.

TRAVEL BASEBALL: Was an All-Star selection for the San Diego Stars in the 18-year-old Junior Olympics division.
