Running Birds with a .356 batting average on a 10-game tour of Alaska
facing teams from the Alaska League.

second-team All-CIF-San Diego Section as a senior in
2005 playing for coach Desi Herrera at San Marcos
High.... Batted .384 as a junior and .390 as a senior
