2007 SEASON: appeared in 16 games fas the Comets' top left-handed reliever. ... struck out 11 batters in 14 1/3 innings. ... Struck out nine in 10 1/3 innings in Pacific Coast Conference games. ... Threw 1 1/3 scoreless innings vs. Ventura on Feb. 3. ... Pitched 2/3 of a scoreless inning in an 18-10 win at Mt. San Jacinto on Feb. 6, coming in to cut off an Eagles rally and get the Comets out of an eighth-inning jam. ... Came in the game to get Palomar out of the seventh inning, striking out the final batter, in an 11-6, 12-inning win at Southwestern on March 8. ... Faced two batters and notched his first save on March 22 in an 8-5 win over Imperial Valley. ... Turned in a huge performance out of the bullpen on March 27 to help the Comets beat host San Diego Mesa 4-3 in 12 innings. Pitched 4 1/3 innings of shutout ball, giving up two hits and striking out three. ... Pitched a hitless, scoreless relief inning, striking out two, to help the Comets down Grossmont 4-2 on April 19. Pitched 1/3 of an inning of hitless, scoreless relief in a 16-0 rout of Imperial Valley on April 24. ... Pitched 1/3 of an inning as he combined with Nick Vincent and Kegan Sharp to shut out San Diego Mesa 6-0 on April 26.

2006 SEASON: Appeared in six games as a reliever for the Comets, pitching 6 1/3 innings and striking out 5 batters. ... Had an ERA of 0.00 for two innings in two appearances in the Pacific Coast Conference. ... Threw a scoreless inning in relief in a 10-3 victory over Sacramento City College, the eventual runner-up in the California State Community College Championships, on Feb. 4. ... Retired Imperial Valley with a 1-2-3 eighth inning on a groundout, strikeout and pop-up, as the Comets rocked the Arabs 12-1 on March 6. ... Pitched an inning of shutout ball, striking out 2, in an 8-0 win over Imperial Valley on April 4. Combined with Nick Vincent, the Comets' No. 1 pitcher, and 4 other relievers to throw a 2-hit shutout.

2006 SUMMER WOOD BAT BASEBALL:  Compiled an ERA of 0.61 with two saves for the Fayetteville SwampDogs in the Coastal Plains League. Struck out 41 batters and walked eight in 29 2/3 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was Pitcher of the Year three straight seasons at Murrieta Valley High, where he played for coach Carlos Santiago. ... Helped Nighthawks reach the CIF-Southern Section Division III semifinals.
