Valley with a 1-2-3 eighth inning on a groundout,
strikeout and pop-up, as the Comets rocked the Arabs
12-1 on March 6. ... Pitched an inning of shutout ball,
striking out 2, in an 8-0 win over Imperial Valley on
April 4. Combined with Nick Vincent, the Comets' No. 1
pitcher, and 4 other relievers to throw a 2-hit shutout.
2006 SUMMER
WOOD BAT BASEBALL: Compiled an ERA
of 0.61 with two saves for the Fayetteville SwampDogs in
the Coastal Plains League. Struck out
41 batters and walked eight in 29 2/3 innings.
