2007 SEASON: Leads every-day starters in hitting with a .388 average as of April 14. ... Hitting .434 in Pacific Coast Conference games. ... Is errorless for 181 chances behind the plate and has thrown out 17 of 29 runners attempting to steal.. ... Also is first among regular stars with a .466 on-base percentage, reaching base nine teams on walks and eight times as a hit batter, which leads the club. ... Hit a 3-run home run in a 11-3 win over Sacramento City College, ranked No. 4 in Northern California at the time, on Feb. 4. ... Went 2-for-5 and drove in a run as the Comets downed Glendale 7-1 on Feb. 10. ... Doubled in the first inning for what turned out to be the game-winning RBI in a 11-2 win over San Bernardino Valley on Feb. 10. ... Was 2-for-4 with an RBI and a steal vs. Mt. SAC on Feb. 11. ... Went 2-for-4 and drove in a run in a 6-3 victory over the Mounties on Feb. 15. ... Went 4-for-5 with a double and an RBI against Los Angeles Pierce on Feb. 16. ... Was 2-for-3 with a home run, double and 3 RBIs vs. Cerro Coso on Feb. 17. ... Slammed a 2-run homer in the first inning, picking up what turned out to be the game-winning RBI, in a 12-1 win over Mt. Went 2-for-5 with his eighth home run and drove in 4 runs in 17-13 win at IVC on March 18. ... Went 2-for-5 with a triple and 3 RBIs to help ignite the Comets to a 5-0 win on the road over San Diego City College on March 28. ... Slugged a 2-run homer in a 6-1 victory over San Diego Mesa on March 30. ...  Helped lead the Comets to an 18-3 victory at Imperial Valley on April 6, going 4-for-7 and driving in 2 runs. ... Went 2-for-3 in a 4-2 win over Orange Coast on April 11. ... Went 4-for-5 with 2 RBIs in a 15-1 rout of Mt. San Jacinto on April 13. ... Went 2-for-4 with a double and 2 RBIs vs. San Diego City College on April 27. ... Contributed a double, sacrifice fly and RBI as the Comets wrapped up the conference championship May 4 with a 4-1 win over visiting San Diego Mesa. ... Southern California Regionals Round 1 — Singled in games 2 and 3 of the Comets' opening series with Rio Hondo on Ma7 13-14.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a first-team All-CIF-San Diego Section selection under coach Matt Parker at Fallbrook High. ... Slugged 12 home runs and drove in 40 runs as a senior in 2005. ... Helped lead the Warriors to a 30-5 record a CIF-San Diego Section Division I championship appearance in 2004, where they lost to La Costa Canyon in extra innings.
