Had a 1-2-3 relief inning vs. defending Pacific Coast Conference champion Southwestern on March 12, striking out 1. ... Picked up the win in relief in a 7-5 win over Orange Coast, the first-place team in the Orange Empire Conference, on March 21. ... Notched his second victory with a 3-inning relief effort in the Comets' win over Grossmont on April 2. ... Pitched 2 shutout relief innings to record the win and runhis record to 3-0 as the Comets defeated Imperial Valley 13-3 on April 9. Southern California Super Regionals — Surrendered 1 run in 2 innings vs. Southwestern on May 20, striking out 3. State Final Four — Pitched 1 1/3 innings of scoreless, hitless relief vs. eventual State Champion Santa Rosa in Fresno on May 30 as the Bear Cubs won 5-1 to force an extra game in the double-elimination State Finals. Struck out 2 Santa Rosa batters and walked 0.
