SEASON: Played in 34 games for the Comets
through the regular season,
batting .306 for 36 at-bats. ... Hit .353 for 17 at-bats
appearing in 17 Pacific Coast Conference games. ... Singled and drove in a run with a sacrifice
fly in 12-1 win at Mt. San Jacinto on Feb. 23. ...
Doubled and walked in 12-1 victory over Imperial Valley
on March 9. ...
Scored the winning run as a pinch runner in the bottom
of the ninth inning on March 14 as the Comets beat
Grossmont 6-5. ... Went 2-for-3, homered, drove in 2
runs and scored 4 runs to help the Comets beat IVC on
the road on March 17. Reached base 4 times as Palomar's
leadoff hitter in the game. ... Doubled and scored
Palomar's only run in a heartbreaking 2-1 defeat against
Southwestern on April 25.
2005 SEASON:
Saw action as a back-up center
fielder and pinch-runner as a true freshman. ... Fastest
player on the squad and was 4-for-4 on stolen bases
appearing in 23 games as a pinch-runner and back-up
center fielder. ... Went 2-for-4, drove in 2 runs and
stole a base in a 22-4 win over Imperial Valley on March
8. ... Went 2-for-4, stole 2 bases and drove in a run in
an 11-5 win over Mt. SAC on March 24.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for coach Hugo Aguirre at John W. North High
School, where he was an All-Ivy League second-team
selection. ... Was team's offensive Player of the Year.
... Selected to the Riverside County All-Star Team.

the Detroit Tigers Scout Team under coach Ellis Williams and played against the Chinese National
