2005 SEASON: Saw action as a part-time starter in the outfield and at designated hitter for the Comets. ... Batted .350 for 80 at-bats. ... Hit .341 in Pacific Coast Conference play. ... Was 9-for-11 on stolen bases. ... Went 2-for-5 with a steal in a 5-2 win over Mt. San Jacinto on Feb. 18. ... Went 2-for-4 in a 4-1 victory over San Diego Mesa on March 3. ... Doubled to drive in a run March 17 to help the Comets to a 14-8 win over San Diego City College. ... Went 3-for-5, homered, doubled and drove in 6 runs in a 30-4 win at Imperial Valley on April 7. ... Was 4-for-4 with a double and 2 RBIs as the Comets beat the Arabs 13-3 on April 9. ... went 2-for-3 vs. IVC in a 19-4 win on May 3. Southernb California Regionals Round 1 — Singled in the second inning to drive in the first run of the game in a 6-0 Southern California Regional win over Santa Barbara City College on May 14. ... Was 2-for-6 with a double the following day as the Comets won 7-4 in 11 innings to sweep their Round series from the Vaqueros 2 games to 1. Super Regionals — Went 3-for-5 with a double and 2 RBIs as the Comets rallied for 6 runs in the bottom of the ninth inning and 1 run in the 10th to beat Cuesta 7-6 on May 21 and remain alive in the tournament. Singled and scored a run during the ninth-inning rally. Led of the 10th inning with a single and scored the winning run on Joey Burke's single. Went 2-for-5 with 2 RBIs as Palomar beat Rio Hondo 5-0 in another elimination game later the same day. ... Doubled in the winning run May 22 as the Comets forced an extra game for the championship by beating Southwestern 5-4 in 10 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for former Palomar pitching coach Rick Lepire at Vista High School, making second-team All-Palomar League as a sophomore in 2002 and as a senior in 2004. ...
