2003: The Comets' every-day designated hitter. Finished the season with 22 RBIs, 9 doubles and 3 triples at the conclusion of the regular season. ... Also saw action in left field and at first base. ... Went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in the Comets' season-opening 4-2 victory over Los Angeles Pierce on Jan. 30. ... Was 2-for-4 with RBIs against Pierce on Jan. 31. ... Doubled to drive in 2 runs in the eighth inning to put the icing on the cake March 3 in an 8-0 win over 2-time defending Pacific Coast Conference champion Grossmont. ... Came back to torment the Griffins again as the Comets won 11-10 on March 13, going 3-for-6 with a double and 2 RBIs and driving home the winning run on a bases-loaded single in the bottom of the 10th inning. ... Went 2-for-4 with a triple and an RBI in 12-9 win over Southwestern on April 3, which gave the Comets a 4-game lead in the conference race. ... Went 3-for-5 with 2 doubles on April 24 as Palomar clinched the PCC title with an 18-5 road victory over San Diego Mesa. Postseason — Went 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI in the Comets' opening game of the Southern California Regionals on May 9, an 11-7 victory over East Los Angeles. ... Singled and scored Palomar's fourth and final run in the Site D Regional Championship game vs. Santa Ana on March 12 in a game the Comets lost after leading in the ninth inning.

2002: Was a part-time starter the first half of the season at first base and designated hitter for the Comets. ... Had had multiple-hit games against Cochise (Ariz.) on Feb. 1, Golden West on Feb. 12, San Diego Mesa on Feb. 26 and Golden West on March 28 in the Palomar Easter Series tournament. ... Drove in five runs in a 13-4 victory over Imperial Valley on Feb. 23, when he slugged a grand-slam home run to highlight a seven-run eighth inning for the Comets. ... Returned to the starting lineup by going 2-for-2 in a 10-3 victory over Southwestern on April 30, when he drove in a run and walked twice. Tied for fourth on the team in RBIs during the regular season with 18.
