General help, downloads and news regarding the Office programs can be obtained at the official Microsoft Office web site.  We have developed custom help on the topics listed below.  These are "streaming" videos of screens with voice overs, explaining various procedures using Office.  Access is aimed at on-campus and broadband users.  To play them, you will need to have install the Microsoft 'Windows media player, version 6.4 or above (Mac version 6.3 or above).  Your screen resolution should be set to at least 800 x 600 for effective viewing.
