Website Request Form

All faculty and staff must have a Palomar College network account before a website can be created. If you do not already have an account, your departments ADA, Chair, Dean, or VP must request an account via the User Account Access Request Form (login required). If you already have a network account, please fill-in and submit the following form to have web space created for you.

Under normal circumstances, when a website is created for faculty or staff, the site is named according to your network account username. For example, if your username is jsmith, your website will have the following address or url: http://faculty.palomar.edu/jsmith. If an alternate name for your site is desired please enter the following information.
