PowerPoint Training
Academic
Technology provides training in MS PowerPoint, and we are available
to help you with your classroom PowerPoint presentations,
or in migrating your presentations to the web. We offer a
2-part series in PowerPoint.
-
PowerPoint 1: "The
Basics of Making Presentations Using MS PowerPoint"
-
A
discussion, with hands-on practice, of how to construct
a simple PowerPoint presentation, how to modify its
design, how to add text and graphics elements to it, how
to print it, present it in the classroom, and how to
save it for the web and link to it from a web page.
-
PowerPoint 2: "Using
Advanced Features of PowerPoint to Create Classroom/Web
Presentations"
-
A
discussion, with hands-on practice, of how to make use
of some of the “advanced” abilities of MS PowerPoint,
like global editing, custom transitions and animations,
graphics and drawing objects, non-linear presentation,
multimedia elements, illustration tools, and
presentation management options.
