4 ways:

- Fax your request to (760) 744-2932. Print the
Transcript Request Form and fax in.
- In-person at the Bursar's Office at San Marcos campus or at any
Palomar Education Center
- Mail -

Adobe Acrobat Reader) or include in your written request:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Social security number
- Destination address for the transcript
- Number of copies
- Sign the request
- Include your payment by check, money order or
credit card (MasterCard or VISA).

The normal processing fee for the first two transcripts in a student's career is waived. If you would like any of these free transcripts sent with Rush processing, the fee will be $5
each. Rush, fax, phone or online processing fees are not waived.
All fees and signatures must be received before transcripts
are issued. Please make your check payable to Palomar College. We will process Visa
or MasterCard payments if you provide the credit
card number, the expiration date, and the cardholder signature on your mailed or
faxed request.
