Finance & Administrative Services Finance & Administrative Services | Meet the Team Meet the Team Ron Ballesteros-Perez Ron Ballesteros-Perez: Vice President of Finance & Administrative Services. He began working for Palomar College on June 18, 2012 following 7 years with San Diego Mesa College. Ron administers and supervises all financial and business services, activities and programs for the District and provides professional leadership to Administrative Services Directors and staff. He is also responsible for the District’s financial management, assuming accountability for preparation and administration of the District’s budget, as well as long range planning affecting finance, facilities and operations. He participates in shared governance activities as chair of and participant in a number of College planning and operational committees and is responsible for all maintenance and operations of the District and for planning, operating and evaluating all administrative support services.

Suzanne Sebring: Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Finance & Administrative Services. She began working for Palomar College on June 18, 2012 following 11 years with the Temecula Valley Unified School District. Suzanne provides complex secretarial and administrative support to the Vice President while organizing and managing the day-to-day activities of the F&AS office to assure efficient and effective office operations. She coordinates and processes various special projects and programs for the Vice President and the division and communicates policies and procedures with faculty, administration and staff. |
