• 5.92% cost of living adjustment (COLA) retroactive to 7/06.

• There will be no changes to our current benefits package and these benefits will be maintained at District cost for FY 06/07.

• The District will conduct an administrative compensation and classification study.

• Finalized a Management Development Program.

Accomplishments 05/06

• Updated Administrative Association website.

• Received 2.5% salary increase for College reaching cap (retroactive to 7/04).

• Received $25,000.00 in funding for Administrative Association Management Development Program in 06/07 academic year.

• Established a Library of professional publications for members.

• Received a retroactive 4.23% cost of living adjustment (COLA) back to July 2005 with a "Me Too Clause".

• Revised Administrative Association Constitution.

• Increased vacation bank for members from 240 hours to 320 hours.
