Per the ICOC Committee By-Laws: The Committee shall present to the Board, in public session, an annual written report which shall include the following:
- A statement indicating whether the District is in compliance with the requirements of Article XIIIA, Section 1(b)93) of the California Constitution; and
- A summary of the Committee's proceedings and activities for the preceding year.
The Annual Report shall be in writing and shall summarize the proceedings
and activities conducted by the Committee. (Note: Series A Bond
Sale was May 2, 2007. District's Fiscal year ends June 30th).
Prop 39 Annual Audit Reports
(Note: In accordance with State and Federal law, the first Annual
Report was prepared for fourteen months for the period May 2, 2007
through June 30, 2008.)
