Objective 1 30% of participants not already enrolled in a continuing education
program who has not obtained a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate, will enroll in a continuing education program during each budget period.
Objective 2 65% of participants not already enrolled in a postsecondary school who: 1) is a high school senior; 2) is a high school graduate; or 3) has obtained a high school equivalency certificate, will apply for financial aid during each budget period.
Objective 3 70% of participants not already enrolled in a postsecondary school who: 1) is a high school senior; 2) is a high school graduate; or 3) has obtained a high school equivalency certificate, will apply for postsecondary school admission during each budget period.
Objective 4 60% of participants not already enrolled in a postsecondary school who: 1) is a high school senior; 2) is a high school graduate; or 3) has obtained a high school equivalency certificate, will enroll in a program of postsecondary education during each budget period (or during the next fall term).
NOTE: The percentage for Objective 1 is based on 1,000 participants. The same is true for Objective 3. However, while Objective 2 and 4 are percentages based on 1,000 (per the mandate), they are also numbers (650 & 600 respectively) related to Objective 3, 700 applicants.
