Within the whole National Park Service system of Battlefields, Monuments, Parks, Parkways, Preserves, Recreation Areas, etc., there are 378 designated areas for over 83 million acres. In this display we have highlighted a few of the 54 National Parks. You can find many books in our collection telling the National Park Story.
