April 30, 2008 is the deadline to submit Short-Term Employment Action Forms to Human Resource Services for  the May 13, 2008 Governing Board meeting if you wish to hire a new Short-Term employee.

May 28, 2008 is the deadline to submit Short-Term Employment Action Forms to Human Resource Services for  the June 10, 2008 Governing Board meeting if you wish to hire a new Short-Term employee.

Any change to Student and/or Short-Term employees regarding account code changes and/or pay rate changes require two levels of signatures.

*Short-Term employment packets are available in the Human Resource Services office. However, departments are responsible for downloading student employment packets.

If the Short-Term employee is in California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), do not complete the Exclusion Form, Not Covered by Social Security Form nor the Apple Beneficiary Form. Instead please complete the Verification of Membership in CalPERS Form.
