Life Insurance (including Accidental Death & Dismemberment)
The District will provide an $80,000 term life insurance policy for all
benefits-eligible
employees beginning the first of the month
following one full month of employment.

benefit is automatically reduced to $40,000 for an active
employee who reaches age 70.
Long Term Care
This program provides $1,000 monthly toward the cost of a skilled
nursing facility
for a period of two years starting on the
91st day of disability.

Long Term Disability
Coverage begins the first of the month following three full
months of employment.
This will provide income
replacement of 66-2/3% following a 90-day waiting period.
Effective January 1, 2009, this benefit is
provided by Mutual of Omaha. More
information will be posted as soon as available.
