The Accounting certificate
and/or AA. degree provides preparation for meaningful employment as trained
accounting professionals or for transfer to a university. Students can
complete a certificate in two or three semesters depending on time available
to take classes.
According to recent labor statistics, demand
for people with accounting training is expected to remain high. Job
